Return Policy

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of delivery.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging.
• Any signs of use or damage may affect your refund.

3. Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement by email to info .nastyhair @gmail .com within 14 days. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened, used, personalized or damaged products.
